My services are person-centred psychotherapy / counselling / coaching.
Unlike other types of therapy, person-centred therapy is not medical: it does not require a diagnosis. I can work with whatever you bring.
I work every day with people who have received a medical diagnosis such as those listed below, and many who do not have a medical diagnosis.
Because my services are non-directive, my approach will not interfere with any directive therapy that you might be doing (e.g. CBT or psychodynamic therapies). So you can do both if you wish.
I won’t talk ‘at’ you, like a doctor might, and I won’t expect you to do all the talking, like some counsellors might. We’ll be having a real conservation.
